outlook locks up my internet

When I try getting my email using outlook I get an eorror saying it timed out
..But i get the msg only after a few seconds.Then after tring to get my email
my internet dosent work anymore when i try to repair it it tells me it can
renew my ip .
After that I have to reboot to get my internet back
Also it seems at the seem time I began having a porablem with explorer if I
have 5 pages open and close 1 they all close leave 1 blank pages
I updated to the new explorer hoping that would fix the trouble but it didnt
both porablems seem to started at the same time and I beleave it was after
and update

How much RAM memory?

Try Ctrl+Alt+Delete to select Task Manager and click the Performance
Tab. Under Commit Charge what is the Total, the Limit and the Peak?

You should be able to gather more information from Task Manager. With
the Processes tab open select View, Select, Columns and check the boxes
before Peak Memory Usage and Virtual Memory size. What are the figures
for the 4 processes using the largest amounts?

Do you leave your computer on 24/7?

Open Disk Defragmenter and click on Analyse. Select View Report and
click on Save As and Save. Now find VolumeC.txt in your My Documents
Folder and post a copy. Do this before running Disk Defragmenter as it
is more informative.

Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk CleanUp to
Empty your Recycle Bin and Remove Temporary Internet Files. Also
select Start, All Programs, accessories, System Tools, Disk CleanUp,
More Options, System Restore and remove all but the latest System
Restore point. Run Disk Defragmenter.

What are your anti-virus and anti-spyware arrangements?
