either your e-mail provider or the e-mail provider of the person you were
sending the e-mail to is being filtered. The filter is setup to not allow a
subject of "Hi". Change your subject and resend.

In reply to your message.... i have never posted a message on a site like
this before but your incomptence at leaving support messages has infuriated
me.... he gave you the error code 451 which is a socket error which means he
should get back to his isp! Especially if this is an intermitent problem!
which i suspect!!!

If leaving comments please make sure there relevant or don't post...

You have a lot of people trying to learn anything about there problem and
sending them around in circles does not help

And My advice to the oginal thread ring virgin on there sales line/ customer
care tell them you want it taken out as the service is below par and that the
support you receive is inappropriate (have had dealing's with them) (also
remember there support line costs £1/per min ) and they will more than likely
move you on to a different hub with a lower contention rate and the problem
solved

How is posting links to RELEVANT support pages incompetence? It's standard
practice around here, especially in high-volume groups....

A reasonable person who read a few messages would know that the reply was
from a user trying to help another user. No one here is paid to do this
stuff. Your post, however, showed no attempt to help anyone and merely
demonstrated your own ignorance. If this is going to be a continuing
attitude most of us would like you to go away.

What you suspect and what may be can not be specified without specific details.
Network problems can be due to many issues in number and one error code doesn't rule
out others.

That's why I responded with what I did, they are relevant.

Your rantings are what does not help!

You have your opinion which is wrong and what I posted costs the OP not a penny to
try. Had you read the text in the last link I provided you would have seen that.
