Outlook contact name in email

Hi,
I am using outlook as email client. In my inbox pane, I see subjects of
emails sent to me rather than contact name.
I was use to see contact name in my inbox pane before with subject of email
but somehow I cannot see contact names anymore.
Please help anyone??
