I have Outlook 2011 on my iMac and it would not open(flickers and then closes).
Looking on the internet and after recovering my "Main Identity" using "Time Machine"
I looked on the internet and tried a "Identity rebuild" but it fails with "Your database could not be rebuilt.[-18000]
I have tried the procedure described in the following link.

but when I get try to start Outlook to do 5) and 6) it fails wanting to rebuild database.
