OPXPApp.exe error message

Just started to get a message on boot up that OPXPApp.exe could not run and
wants to send an error report to Microsoft. Once the computer is fully
loaded, it takes 3 or more minutes to sign on to the Internet even though I
have high speed cable. Anyone know what this is all about?

That file is part of the Softex OmniPass application which probably came
with your scanner. Apparently it is set to run at startup and having an
issue. With so little information provided by you, that's all anyone can
tell you.

To troubleshoot your startup issues, first ensure that the computer is
completely virus/malware-free:
