this is kinda strange, I updated my mothers computer, it was completely out of commission, eventually i redid xp on her computer, then directly after that, i updated it to windows 7, everything is fine on her computer, but as soon as windows xp finished on her computer, my computer had me reenter my product key, which i thought was kinda weird cause i didn't do anything with my computer during the process, but i thought whatever, finished my mothers computer then went to update my computer to windows 7 but the disk drive wouldn't open, so i went to device manager and it wasn't there, so i tried everything online and nothing worked, I deleted upper and lower class filters, I added extra registries and nothing worked, when i open my Bios it says there is no disk drive. how do i fix this problem, its driving me mad,
