When I open my email with the desktop icon, email opens but is frozen. I am unable to do anything at all, from changing accounts to sending and receiving, etc. none of the commands w. All I get is an hour glass and a statement that says my email account is not responding. Help! I am able to enter this email account if I go to msn.com and log in.
