Can anyone give me some advices on how to find security standards about home
networks or digital home? It can be world wide standards or just industry
specific ones. Thanks.

That's a really broad question. Security standards for what? Wireless
networking? Firewalling? Not clicking on email attachments? 802.1x?

Try being more specific about your focus and then plug some searches into
Google something like this:

wireless networking security
wireless networking industry standards
how to secure a home network Windows

Play around with the wording of your searches until you get what you need.
