I had someone call me today from "Online Support Windows" based in Mississauhga, Ontario. The person on the phone asked me to open my computer as he is going to assist me resolve issues on it. He informed me that their office has been receiving error messages from my PC, The message is: "IP address keeps changing," meaning there is a threat to my computer. Noticing my hesitation, he immediately sent me an email message signed by an Adam Morris. Then he asked me to open it and confirm receipt. I opened it but didn;t reply. Anyone know if this Is for real or what?? Help. Thanks.
