official xbox magazine not in store.

I've had this app for awhile now and today it kept on crashing to dashboard every time I try to load it. So I uninstalled and now it says its not available in the store. If this is permanent i'm going to haft to ask for my money back because I have no other way to use it. On surface RT official Xbox magazine app.
