i did a refresh on the laptop, it did not install, so I did a restore and STILL not. I bought office 2013 student edition from the microsoft store. The installation stops at about 45% and the sais it ran into problems and it cannot install.
when I check my installed programs there is NOTHING in the list except chrome which I JUST installed. PLEASE can some one help i need to install this urgently. I run win 8 64 bit
