I've been looking in this forum for an answer to this problem but
haven't found it yet.
Pulling my hair out over this one:
I've got offer remote assistance configured via group policy on a
domain, I created a test group and added 1 computer to the test group
and everything worked out the way I expected. The computer can have
assistance offered to it but it cannot request it. Good! I then add 3
more computers to the group but I cannot connect to any of them? msg:
"The remote server does not exist or is unavailable" I've gone over
all the settings I'm aware of (accept remote invitations, domain
admins as a member of Offer Remote Assistance Helpers, EnableDCOM = Y
in the registry, etc, etc, etc)
And still I can offer to one computer but not the other 3....HELP!
Please?
