Odd Hardware Noise at Conclusion Of full MSE Scan

Every time I run a full 'Microsoft Security Essentials' scan, a buzzing noise issues from the tower (not the speaker) 4 or 5 times just before the scan concludes. MSE doesn't show any problems/threats, but does this
buzzing indicate a potential problem?
