I would like a request for tender CRM to reflect any integration features with desktop applications and communications services (i.e Office/365 Exchange, Word and Lync).
Is the MS CRM routemap going to be able to exploit an Office/365 situation?
If it is it will help me promote a Office/365 adoption now.
