ntkrnlpa.exe causing BSoDs

Recently i've encountered multiple BSoDs, some of which are caused by "ntkrnlpa.exe" and some by other drivers/files, i have shared the problem on the forums and recieved help from a fellow member, the problem was fixed for a week or so, but now it's back and the blue screens have a different reason each time and they are all caused by "ntkrnlpa.exe", is there a solution? is the file infected or am i just out of luck?
