Hi

I do have an external 400gb harddrive with usb2.0.

I formatted it with windows xp as one partition with ntfs.

Now I connected that usb drive to my windows 2003 sp2 32bit server, which
told me, that would be a 80gb full harddrive.

If I plug it back to windows xp it works quite fine.

What can I do? I assumes 2003sp2 would accept large drives?

Regards,
Steffen

hello,

that's what is saying the 2003 from the diskmgmt.msc ?
If it's still empty, can you try to format it on the server instead ?
