Can anyone tell me what's at address 0x00018fea in ntdll.dll? I had two
different IM programs crash in two days related to that address. If you do a
google with this subject you'll find a ton of posts.

No one will any idea as to the answer as to what is at that address as
it almost is certainly specific to YOUR computer.

If you want help post a copy of the Error Report, which you should find
in the System log in Event Viewer?

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.

Faulting application skype.exe, version 3.5.0.202, faulting module
ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00018fea.

...also in ntdll at the same address.

Can you give more info as to why reinstallation of skype would be of any
benefit?

It is a standard remedy to reinstall a faulting application. Sometimes
it works and sometimes it does not.

Why don't you answer my question about MSN Messenger?
