I have been trying to find the setting needed to see graphics/photos online. I can see the top of a comic strip, but the bottom half is blocked out with a black bar. While looking for the settings to adjust, I came across Certificate Manager Authorities and viewed them. There are many certificates listed, among them:
"China Internet Network Informational Center Builtin Object Token"
"Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. ePKI Root Certification Authority Builtin Object Token"
As noted, I am a novice when it comes to managing any of my computer settings, so I do not want to change/remove anything that might prevent my computer from functioning. I have never had an occasion to explore the certificates stored on my computer and I am a little suspicious about what I saw.
There was one from a mortgage company I have not dealt with for many years. How do I know which certificates are needed/legitimate? Should I delete any of them?
Thanks
P.S. I have followed suggestions to enable photos/graphics to be seen, but so far they have not worked.
