not enough system resources to load network adaptor drivers

I recently upgraded my system to an Athlon AM2 dual-core system and
upon booting up and going thru all the driver updates I am getting the
message "not enough system resources to load network adaptor
drivers". How do I go about resolving this issue and free up system
resources to get my network adaptor drivers to load? Is there system
optomizing software to run to clean the registry/system that would
peform this?

Please help!!

Where are you getting this message? In device manager perchance, when you
examine the properties of the device?

If so, this refers to hardware resources on the motherboard and you're
wasting your time running software to try and fix a hardware problem. I'd
wonder if your system is having problems with IRQ sharing since it has been
updated.
