I am trying to install DNS premium 12.5 on a HP laptop with Windows 7 64 bit which didn't previously have any version of this product installed.
I first get the dialogue window telling me that DNS is preparing the instashield (or configuring instashield) When that window dissapears, another window pops up with a message that starts like this: ; (Also See attachment)
Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.7601.17514
msiexec /Option <Required Parameter> [Optional Parameter]
Install Options
</package | /i> <Product.msi>
Installs or configures a product
/a <Product.msi>
(and it goes on and on and on)
Once I click OK, the process seems to stop and there isn't any further activity. Is this a windows installer issue, or a DNS issue? Can anyone help?
