No Sound - Device "Kernel Wave Audio Mixer" ?

I have no sound. In device manager, there is a yellow question mark next to
Microsoft Kernel Wave Audio Mixer. I can't update the driver. I would
reinstall, but can find anything on microsoft.com.

Help.
