Original Title: lost internet provider connectivity
I have Windows 8 on an HP laptop. MegaPath is my internet service provider. Firefox my browser. this morning the internet connectivity was down, I typed in my IP address and that didn't work. Turned the computer off and back on and that didn't work. Any suggestions? Is it the internet service provider or Windows 8? I am a senior citizen not very savvy about this. Thank you!
