It's probably his video card driver, but strangely enough could even be his
audio card driver.
This is the likely source problem because you'll notice that WMV works in
standard mode, establishing that Media Foundation and the codec are working
properly, it just glitches out in full mode. This *should* be a video card
driver glithc, but strangely enough I've seen one report so far that it was
actually their audio card. =\
