New Site Versus New Ou

Hello, i would like to ask you.. if i have 2 bussiness locations for example city1 and city2, when is better create new sites like

company com (city1)
city2 company com
or
city1 company com
city2 company com

or creating new OUs like

company com | OU-City1
company com | OU-City2

?
for maintaince i think is better OU but in this case it will have more replications so i need good connectivity.
what other reasons i have to look out ?

Your decision depends only on which type of connection do you have (VPN, dial-in, ...) then you can decide.

Usually I create 2 different domains and then I set up a TRUST RELATIONSHIP.
