Hi everyone
My girlfriends Dad just got a new laptop its an asus and on Windows 8. Last night it installed 20 updates which was lwft to do over night. The next morning the screen said "Failure configuring Windows updates.... Reverting changes.... Do not turn off your computer."
It has been stuck on this screen for a long time, so I tried booting I safe mode but ot simply returned to this screen. As far as I can see there is no CD to boot from so I am a bit stuck as what to try next, literally cant log on or get past this message.
Any help would be really appreciat
