New computer/windows 7

I have a Verizon phone that was running Windows Mobile 6 Professional and using ActiveSync 4.5 on XP.

I have a new computer running Windows 7. I have tried most of the downloads and either the device does not load or the download is not compatible with my computer, Which download should I get? There was also a message about device failing to load.
