Network problem windows xp

Hello,
i have this computer which have the same configuration as others, this computer takes an ip, mask, gateway...etc of the same of others using DHCP.

i have a firewall hardware, and i give the xp computer the privileges to access internet.
so the problem is why the xp computer cant connect to the internet, on this network but it connects outside.
another thing i want to add is whenever i try to ping the gateway it gives me request timed out.
