netrap.dll

I have a PC that upon startup (which is taking forever) states Net.exe failed
to start because Netrap.dll is missing or cannot be found. Reinstall the
program.

I dont know how to reinstall net.exe or even sure that is really the program
to reinstall. The symptoms are that you are not really on the network but
you can sort of see the network. You can surf but you cannot get to anything
on the network as it will say that you dont have net.exe installed.

1) Perform a search to see if Netrap.dll is really missing.
Note: It should be in C:\Windows\System32
