Net-broadcast event window 2.0.0 comes up 'end now' when I am shutting down the computer

Every time I shut down the computer 'end now' comes up with net-broadcast event window 2.0.0 and also shellcon hidden window
comes up to 'end now'. What is this and how can I remove this?
