Original Title: didn't receive final XP updates and can't manually download them
I received Automatic Updates today, but they don't seem to be the four final updates mentioned in the Microsoft Security Bulletin Summary for April 2014 and many news articles. I have Automatic Updates turned on, have tried futuring the update time and rebooting several times, and gone to windowsupdate.microsoft.com numerous times to check for updates, but it keeps saying "No high-priority updates for your computer are available."
When I review my update history, it shows 3 updates received today:
Cumulative Security Update for IE8 (KB2936068)
Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830)
Security Update for Windows XP (KP2922229)
The bulletins that describe the final updates according to technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/bulletin/ms14-apr and many other articles are:
MS14-017 Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Word and Office Web Apps Could Allow Remote Code Execution (2949660)
MS14-018 Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer (2950467)
MS14-019 Vulnerability in Windows File Handling Component Could Allow Remote Code Execution (2922229)
MS14-020 Vulnerability in Microsoft Publisher Could Allow Remote Code Execution (2950145)
I've tried searching Microsoft's Download site for these Bulletin ID's and Numbers but nothing comes up. How can I be sure that I've received the final updates?
