Need Help with deleting

I am trying to delete a toolbar program called Iminent that I cannot get deleted. Also, when I access the internet, I get a webpage called my search dial that I cannot get deleted. I also have google pop up when I access the internet and would like to delete it . Any suggestions on how to do this??
