Need access to a company computer after firing the former administrator?

My company fired the manager of a small location, and he left without providing the password to the only account with admin privileges. This might sound stupid, but with access to a guest account only, how can I disable/remove the old admin account and set up a new one?
Any response will help.

Unfortunately, with a guest account, you will not be able to retrieve the admin password.
