On August 20, the Viva People Science team held the fifth webinar in its AI Empowerment series. This session was focused on driving Copilot and AI adoption at a team level, complementing what we have learned in earlier sessions about driving this change at an organizational level.
I was joined by colleagues from across the Viva Glint team, including Bryan Dobkin (Principal People Scientist), Suni Kasibhatla (Customer Experience Program Manager) and Julie Morris (Program Manager). As a team of internal Copilot Champions, Bryan, Suni and Julie provided an outline of the Copilot adoption initiatives they have been driving within Viva Glint. They discussed the strategy around these initiatives, some practical ideas to reinforce learning, sharing and behavior change when it comes to Copilot, and the importance of measuring impact and reiterating along the way.
The speakers also shared their individual journeys and experiences of using Copilot in their personal and professional lives, including their top tips for teams based on these experiences.
We invite you to watch the recording and access the slides from this event, and those from our earlier events in this series below. Discover more, engage with the content, and let's embark on this journey together!
