My windows is upto date. But it shows no install updates.

Hi,
After reset bios(To troubleshoot a hardware problem), windows 7 ultimate update show error because of wrong date. After correct my date windows check for update and it shoes there is no previous update. But its up-to-date before reset the bios. How to solve
this?
