My Windows 8 Webcam and Audio is not working properly anymore.

My Windows 8 was upgraded to a Windows 8.1 and then downgraded back to Windows 8 because the other version did not cooperate with my laptop whatsoever. I was wondering if there was a way that someone could help me with this issue where my webcam and audio is not working properly anymore. I'm believing that this issue is of the causation of the upgrading and downgrading of the computer's version of Windows. Either way, my computer's not fixing itself that's for sure.
