My windows 8 store and other modern apps not working, how to fix it?

My windows store app and other modern apps stopped working suddenly they just start but nothing happens they just keep loading, and also the image of the app moves to any corner of the screen from center, none of the modern app is working... what is the
problem and how can I fix it?
