Hi everyone! So my Sony Vaio laptop HDD took a dump on me, I bought a new 750 Hitachi HDD and downloaded a Windows 7 .iso file from digitalriver (My laptop never came with a hard copy of Windows) and installed it just fine. Everything was running smooth
for a day or so, all microsoft updates installed along with MSE. The problem happened once I activated Windows using the product key sticker on the bottom of my laptop. I activated by phone, no problems. The next day I got a popup saying windows is not a genuine
copy, so I went to the support page and tried installing the Genuine Windows browser tool and kept getting a failure. After reading posts from users with similiar problems I ran the diagnostics tool. Here are the results: I do not know how to decipher this so
if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!
