I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and I get a Message saying that My Administrator has
disabled the Task Manager.
The point is that I AM the administrator of the PCand I didn't change
anything at all.
It happend in one day all by itslef.
Maybe they sent me Viruses?

Please help me and I will help anyone as long as I can.

Yes, this is usually caused by a virus or spyware. I recommend that
you begin troubleshooting by going to MVP Malke's malware removal site
at
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware and
following the instructions there.
