After I log on, I get an error message that reads filtlxqk.exe and then my screen turns white and I have no access to internet explorer or any other icons. When I hit CTRL ALT Delete, it appeared and then quickly went away. There are other users on this
computer but none of them are affected. Thanks for your help.
