I've started to have issues with my laptop when I start it up. It has to start 3 times, the first time it will say "Preparing to configure windows, do not turn off your computer" it will then shut down. Then the second time it says "Failure to Update,
reverting changes", it will then shut down again. The third time it starts up it says "Failure to update windows, reverting changes" only then will it allow me to log in. I have had no other problems with my laptop other than this. Is there any solutions for
this problem? I have checked for updates, installed mcafee security system and done just about everything! Any help would be useful. Thanks
