Hi
My friends 'My Documents' no longer shows in alphabetical order. I would
appreciate some ideas on how to return it to its original state on her
behalf please

Right click in an open area of the my docs window, select arrange icons by,
then name

Click on Name at the top of the column. Click there again to reverse the
order.

Richard should also note that he or his friend can sort on *any* column by
clicking on its header.
