My Dell 9400 Inspiron Laptop running Win. 8.1 boots up to a black screen.

My Dell 9400 Inspiron Laptop running Win. 8.1 boots up to a black screen. I have to push the power button 2-3 three times before it will boot to the lock screen so I can log in.


What can I do to fix this?
