Usually in the past when I have had docs that will not open, a menu appears to ask which prog I want to use to open it. This does not happen in this case. My daughter is using a new laptop which obviously has much more up to date progs installed. I
cannot even use a solution that has popped up when I was wxploring ways to solve the problem, because I don't appear to have the same menu's they are referring to.
