MY CD/DVD RW drive, wants to format every blank cd/dvd I insert, and fails to burn anything.

Last week I reinstalled windows, and since then My CD DVD RW Drive (TSSTcorp CDDVDW SN-208AB ATA Device) fails to burn any content on blank cds and dvds. If I try to burn it with nero, it fails veryfying burned data. If i try to burn something through the Drive, It wants to format the cd/dvd. It formats cd, but fails to burn, and it wont even format DVDs. It all worked before reinstalling windows. I already tried to reinstal drivers but with no result.
