Trying to run computer in safe mode...wont work for me. What exactely is
this and how do I get around it?

If you are trying to start in safe mode and it hangs at mup.sys (the last
line that you can see) this is not your problem. Your problem is what loads
after mup.sys
What that is I can't say.
