Multiple WLC to work with NPS

Hi,

I have 1 WLC(Cisco 4402) and it authenticate through my NPS(wireless NAS 802.x), recently I put another 1 WLC(Peplink), and I just added my Peplink IP address into the Radius Client, but it cannot work.

Do NPS allow 2 Radius Client work with 1 network policy?

It keep on prompt the users credential even though is correct.

Are there any restriction for mac-address / ip or other?

There is no any restriction.
The Cisco is working fine, just the Peplink, I tried put the IP of the Peplink into the Radius Client. Even recreate a new policy follow the wizard also cannot work.

Both Radius server and Peplink are able to communicate. Ping successful from both sides

It looks like the device can't understand HOW to authenticate... radius should be a standard but try to google looking for compatibility issues...
