hey all,
i have a toshiba laptop with a TV connected to it. when i try to toggle the
displays one or the other will work, either the TV or the laptop will
display. i'm trying to get it where both will show up at the same time and
for some reason it's not working.

any ideas?

Are you trying to mirror the monitors (both have the same image), or a
run a multi monitor setup (where each monitor can have different contents)?

Which connection type are you using for the TV?

Are you using the "enhanced" video card driver that Toshiba provides
(or the one the video card manufacturer if Toshiba does not provide
one.) Microsoft's "standard" video card drive is limited.
