msiexec

I can't install or uninstall any programmes that are related to windows
installer.That is the message that i get:
msiexec.exe
0x7c928fea made a report at memory "0x00000010".Memory could not be "written".
 
Have you tried re-installing Windows Installer 3.1 V2?

i did that but it didn't fix it....
