Installed MSE yesterday and cleaned system. Today I am unable to run Blizzard Launcher for Mists of Pandaria beta. Error msg says MSE might be blocking. How do I change MSE to allow this program to run?
I play both Diablo III & Mists of Pandaria (beta) and need all necessary programs to run without interference. I would prefer to not disable my firewall for extended periods of time as this defeats the purpose of having it. I have done all of the suggested
steps except disabling my firewall.

Failed to run a required program (Agent).
This error means the Blizzard support program known as Agent was unable to properly run.
As the error message indicates, try waiting one minute, then reattempt. If that fails, restart your computer and start the game again.
If a restart does not resolve the issue, follow the troubleshooting steps on the Battle.net Update Agent support article.
If the above solutions do not help, submit a ticket and include the full text of any error messages you are receiving and when they occur. Attach your system files to the ticket with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing, when it happens,
and the steps you have tried so far to resolve the issue.

The Battle.net Update Agent is designed to make game launching and patching more efficient, especially if you have multiple Blizzard titles running on your computer. Currently, Agent is required for Diablo III and World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, and must
run in order for those titles to play properly.
Agent should shut itself down ten seconds after closing supported Blizzard games. If the Agent process continues running after you shut down any supported titles, restart your computer. You can also end the process manually in Windows Task Manager.
Troubleshooting
Anything on your computer that interferes with or shuts down Agent may cause issues, including the inability to install or patch our games that require it. It’s also possible that your network is configured in a way that prevents Agent from operating.
Security Software
Security software (Norton, McAfee, ZoneAlarm) is designed to protect your computer from perceived threats. Many security programs are not game-friendly and will frequently perceive a game installation or update as a threat and shut it down.
Security software is the most common cause behind Agent issues. Disabling or temporarily uninstalling these programs will often allow Agent to install or patch properly. Be advised that some security programs will continue to partially run and block Agent even
when they are disabled.
If you are not comfortable modifying your security software settings, we recommend contacting the software publisher for assistance.
