Trying to set up my combo set, Sculpt Comfort wireless, on ASUS all in one. Operating system is Windows 8 and the computer is a touch screen. Installed the USB receiver, put in batteries, turned on mouse (keyboard doesn't have switch). Mouse works fine. Keyboard does not work at all. No error message. All software and drivers are in. Device manager reports device working properly. Anyone else have this problem and find a solution? I'm about to take this thing back.
